📋 Description

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor • Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA • Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution with business priorities, performance expectations, and evolving program needs • Lead the post-training mentorship experience through structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops • Design, build, and continuously evolve learning materials including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets • Measure training impact through learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback • Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps, reinforcing key behaviors, and supporting continued skill growth • Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements • Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion • Lead training initiatives through planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations • Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding for new hires • Facilitate training across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Experience in training facilitation and delivery • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners • Experience with content creation and sales processes • Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and prioritizing professional development
