📋 Description

• Participate in the Credit Department hiring process, including onboarding and completion of new hire paperwork • Coordinate and facilitate training curricula and schedules for new hires • Collaborate with position-specific training helpers and team-specific trainers • Develop and implement ongoing training programs supporting skill development and performance improvement • Conduct refresher courses, one-on-one coaching, and soft skills development for existing team members • Evaluate team members’ knowledge, identify skill gaps, and tailor training to improve individual and team performance • Maintain accurate, up-to-date training materials and documentation in Confluence, Spokane, Clothesline, and other systems • Support Credit Department operations, including collections, order approvals, account maintenance, and customer communication • Ensure effective communication across new hires, trainers, supervisors, and managers • Uphold SanMar’s exceptional customer service commitment and Family Values • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full accounts receivable cycle or collection experience, or equivalent education • Proficient in D365, MS Teams, Salesforce, Cybersource, ASM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative mindset with a history of finding mutually acceptable solutions • Demonstrated de-escalation and negotiation skills • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability • Flexible and positive approach toward change, demonstrating alignment with SanMar’s Family Values • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00–5:00 PST • Periodic travel may be required • Ability to perform extended computer-based work and occasional lifting/movement of 10–15 pounds • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as SanMar participates in E-Verify
