📋 Description

• Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program • Deliver virtual and on-site training sessions tailored to each practice • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows • Provide hands-on coaching during live sessions • Build clinical trust, confidence, and early adoption • Own each launch and ensure key milestones are achieved from day one • Coach practices post-launch on workflows and adoption barriers • Monitor scan quality and provide constructive feedback • Identify product-usage gaps and conduct targeted follow-up • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to improve the customer journey • Recognize early wins and celebrate practice progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred) • Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows • Excellent teaching and facilitation skills • Clear, confident communication and outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills • Customer-first mindset, with empathy, patience, and ability to build trust remotely • Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through • Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments • Ability to manage multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints • Persuasive and supportive coaching skills • Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-practice training and support
