📋 Description

• Deliver clinical trainings virtually and in person to a dedicated customer • Assist in developing clinical trainings and clinical content and training materials • Collaborate in measuring training effectiveness and grow clinical training offerings • Work with the dedicated customer and internal Spring Health employees to meet customer needs • Collaborate with global providers to identify culturally sensitive material modifications • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Assist with Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as needed • Coordinate virtual event platforms, clinical providers, prepared materials, reporting, and evaluation metrics • Consult on Training and Programming planning and partner with internal stakeholders to manage and advise the dedicated customer • Triage or use clinical skills during urgent or crisis matters • Understand the dedicated customer’s benefits, offerings, divisions, and employee populations • Present to all organizational levels, including executives • Maintain an average live-event feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher • Optimize efficiency in meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training • Develop customer relationships and cultural understanding so trainings are tailored to the workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.); applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision are not accepted • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year of post-licensed experience • Comfortable with technology and competent engaging learners virtually • Experience in training and strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques • Solid understanding of instructional design and content development • Knowledge of training evaluation techniques • Complete knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms as needed • Effective communication with dedicated customer and fellow Spring team members
