📋 Description

• Research, design, and implement scalable people systems, policies, and resources • Anticipate future people and operational priorities as Watson Institute grows • Lead organizational initiatives including professional development planning, management training, and workplace culture decks • Define an exceptional contractor experience and create standards for contractor engagement and support • Partner with organizational leaders to identify operational challenges and translate solutions into practical systems • Produce polished, detailed, visually compelling guides, playbooks, and resources using Canva or similar platforms • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and coordinate cross-functional implementation • Plan, coordinate, and execute All Team Meetings • Partner with the CEO & Founder and COO & Co-Founder to design and facilitate Town Hall Meetings • Coordinate team engagement initiatives, volunteering opportunities, and culture-building activities • Support special projects including candidate sourcing, application evaluation, exploratory calls, interviews, and other high-priority initiatives • Report to the COO & Co-Founder

• Eager to join a team with extremely high standards for quality and excellence • Exceptional eye for visual design and attention to words, style, formatting, and talking points • Meticulous and highly organized, with strong project management skills • Intentional, systematic working style and ability to establish processes • Results-driven, resourceful, and able to follow responsibilities through to completion • High integrity and ability to make sensitive and critical judgment calls • Demonstrated experience building and implementing systems and processes • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and escalate issues when needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for Watson Institute’s mission • Ability to switch between projects and disciplines • Systems-oriented and highly organized approach to work • Curiosity and resourcefulness to research unfamiliar challenges and evaluate best practices • Passion for designing and leading engaging internal presentations and team sessions • Experience designing polished, visually compelling decks, policy documents, and resources using Canva or similar graphic design platforms • Mandatory skills: Research mastery, email wizardry, rapid follow-up, and Canva or similar graphic design platforms • Must be based in PA, GA, FL, ME, DC, SC, or MD • Must satisfy employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
