• Builds relationships with key business leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive new business development. • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services to meet them. • Becomes an expert in Wavelynx’s products and services to educate the market on solutions and articulate the Wavelynx value proposition. • Works with customers to tailor solutions using Wavelynx products. • Works with marketing to develop sales presentations, displays, and materials. • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies. • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience is required. • At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with experience in access control or the security industry, or SaaS sales preferred. • Previous experience in building a sales function for a product line is desired. • Proven ability to deliver on revenue targets. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
