📋 Description

• Drive analytical initiatives within the Strategy & Operations team • Lead projects across data analytics, business intelligence, project management, client management, and operational process improvement • Work with senior executive leadership and department leads across Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Operations • Resolve organizational queries and mitigate business risks through data-driven insights • Lead data-centric projects including contract analysis and internal data reviews for process improvement • Codify and document internal operational strategies with focus on data analysis and business intelligence • Create comprehensive organizational SOPs and other job aids • Gather, refine, and implement operational changes and improvements with cross-functional stakeholders • Collaborate with the BI team to enhance data quality and business intelligence accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field • Strong proficiency with Excel modeling and ability to work with data to extract actionable insights • 1+ years in management consulting performing business operations, data analytics, or related field • Problem-solving ability using quantitative and qualitative analysis • Ability to find practical solutions when faced with ambiguity • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adapting messaging for internal and external audiences • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment • Creativity, adaptability, regulatory compliance, and sharp business acumen • Prior experience in a growth-stage company preferred • Experience or familiarity with logistics-centric businesses, especially healthcare, health-tech, or transportation-tech, preferred
