• Make approximately 150 outbound calls each day • Respond to new inbound leads within minutes whenever possible • Qualify prospective clients using our proven process • Schedule high-quality appointments for our advisors • Follow up with prospects who need additional touchpoints • Rebook missed appointments and nurture warm opportunities • Maintain accurate notes and activity inside HubSpot CRM • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals • Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong work ethic and personal accountability • Positive attitude and willingness to apply coaching • Organized with strong follow-up habits • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot is a plus) • Reliable internet connection and professional home office • Experience in high-ticket sales, inside sales, solar, insurance, home services, or business development is a plus
