📋 Description

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls including account, claim and general questions • Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers regarding products and services • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Communicate with pet parents verbally and in writing • Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics • Balance company policy and client benefit in decision making • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements • Complete call disposition and compile/document customer information as required • Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment • Respond to pet parent emails and proactively resolve issues • Listen to pet parents and take quick action to solve problems

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a property and casualty license in your state of residence • Must be willing to release property and casualty appointments; no need to release Health or Life appointments • Must be able to work weekends • Two years of customer service or call center experience • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check • Dedicated area to work from in your home • Internet speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload; wireless access is not permitted • Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for pet parents • Schedule flexibility including weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime • Highly developed integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction • Meet attendance and dependability requirements • Be a team player • Wired Ethernet connection required • Hard-wired broadband internet via DSL, cable, or fiber optic; satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot services are not permitted • Must supply own headset; specific models shared during interview • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
