📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, processes, and ways of working • Act as the internal liaison between the client and the agency's cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration • Collaborate with the agency's creative, design, and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery • Conduct and lead regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives • Responsible for tracking and managing budgets for assigned accounts with accurate financial reporting and invoicing • Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations and reports, managing all logistics and contributing expert insights to the discussion • Move beyond reactive task management by proactively identifying updated client needs and briefing senior team members on new opportunities • Manage all reporting about the health of client accounts, including writing scopes, briefs, and translating client requests into actionable work-streams and project timelines for the creative team • Provide internal and client teams with meeting recaps and next steps • Point of contact for both internal and external teams • Consistently leverage Gemini within Google Workspace to analyze and summarize client feedback documents and extract high-level insights • Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner • Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in an account management role or similar preferably within an advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content strategy and execution • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field • Experience in social media marketing, including an understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget • Curiosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business challenges • Highly proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini) and Slack. Baseline knowledge of A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.
