📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing CBP documentation, identifying discrepancies, driving corrective actions, and maintaining audit-ready records • Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and partner with Finance to recover overpayments and ensure compliance • Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance on complex classification issues • Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements • Develop dashboards, automation, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy • Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, customs brokers, and other cross-functional teams • Improve customs processes, documentation, and import data integrity • Support seamless global trade operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501, customs valuation, country of origin requirements, HTS classification, and trade remedies such as Sections 301 and 232 • Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors, quantify financial impact, and maintain accurate audit records • Experience working with customs brokers • Experience managing Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) • Knowledge of importer of record requirements • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills • Experience creating reports, calculators, dashboards, or automation • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate across teams, influence process improvements, and proactively manage compliance risks • Eligible applicants must reside in one of the listed Work Your Way states
