📋 Description

• Set technical and product direction for Webflow code-native, including high-fidelity round-tripping between visual and code surfaces • Lead integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience • Own developer experience with Webflow in code, including core primitives, APIs, tooling, and feedback loops • Create a coherent roadmap by sequencing foundational platform work with customer-facing capabilities • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams across Webflow • Shape architecture, participate in design reviews and prototyping, and contribute hands-on when useful • Hire, coach, and develop engineers while building a high-performing technical culture • Report to the Director of Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years experience leading engineering teams building developer products, platforms, or technically complex product surfaces • Technical depth in compilers, code generation, language tooling, IDEs, or developer infrastructure • Experience building with AI or agentic systems, or demonstrated ability to get deep in the space quickly • Track record of turning ambiguous technical problems into usable systems • Ability to balance long-term architecture with shipping and learning • Leadership style combining high technical standards with coaching and team development • Curiosity and openness to growth, including building fluency in emerging AI technologies • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment • Successful background check may be required
