📋 Description

• Oversee tumor registrar staff, program activities, administrative functions, and financial analysis • Ensure operations comply with applicable requirements and regulations • Implement and maintain quality processes to ensure registry data integrity • Report data according to federal, state, and local laws and accrediting and regulatory agency standards • Perform statistical analysis and graphical presentation • Assist with recruitment, retention, orientation, development, and performance enhancement of staff • Attend all tumor board meetings and keep meeting minutes • Implement methods for collecting, analyzing, storing, retrieving, and reporting patient medical information and statistics • Establish and continuously assess internal controls and compliance with University policies and procedures • Ensure employees are trained on controls and University policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required • Knowledge of applicable requirements and regulations • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and standards of accrediting and regulatory agencies • Ability to implement and maintain quality processes for registry data • Ability to perform statistical analysis and graphical presentation • Ability to collect, analyze, store, retrieve, and report patient medical information and statistics • Ability to establish and assess internal controls • Ability to train employees on controls and University policies and procedures
