• Support membership growth initiatives across our brand portfolio • Drive membership sales for new studio openings and pre-sale campaigns • Nurture prospective members and contribute to membership growth objectives • Develop and execute membership pre-sale campaigns • Generate, engage, and convert prospective member leads • Provide periodic reports summarizing lead activity and membership sales results • Develop strategies to improve membership acquisition, conversion, and retention • Deliver insights and recommendations regarding membership growth opportunities
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or membership sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management software • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Familiarity with membership-based or subscription-based business models is preferred
