The practice accepts several major insurance plans (Aetna, BCBS, UHC, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, Lyra, Empire) and operates offices in New York City, Tarrytown NY, Jersey City NJ, and Houston TX. They provide free 15-minute consultations, easy booking, and focus on personalized care and insurance navigation.

📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to new client inquiries by email and phone • Match clients with clinicians based on insurance, state licensure, specialty and availability • Verify insurance coverage or payment method and schedule initial sessions • Manage clinician schedules on SimplePractice, Headway and Zocdoc • Manage clinician credentialing and re-credentialing, CAQH profiles, attestations, license renewals and payer coordination • Enter and process payments the same day and communicate with the external billing service • Track weekly financials, calculate payroll reports and handle clinician compensation • Onboard team members through Rippling and maintain employee and contractor records • Support multi-state payroll and employer tax registrations • Coordinate records requests, subpoenas and compliance matters • Maintain SOPs, contract templates and administrative documentation • Recruit and onboard clinicians into practice systems and directories • Maintain clinician profiles, website content, patient surveys and clinician feedback forms • Support daily remote operations with the General Manager and clinic directors • Improve client experience, track KPIs and clinician productivity, and support growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM and practice-management software, or ability to learn new technology quickly • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing many moving parts across systems • Experience with insurance credentialing, medical billing or healthcare administration is a strong plus • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills • Completion of the required short written questionnaire • Availability during business hours and flexibility to address occasional evening or weekend issues
