📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visit screening questionnaires with patients by phone • Make outbound calls to scheduled and eligible patients • Document patient responses accurately in the EMR during calls • Assist eligible patients with scheduling wellness screenings • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and clinic staff • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation • Handle a high volume of patient calls • Meet productivity and quality expectations • Complete most screening calls efficiently, generally within 20 minutes • Participate in coaching and ask questions when unsure

🎯 Requirements

• Current Medical Assistant certification • Experience communicating directly with patients or customers • Strong typing and computer skills • Ability to listen, talk, and document simultaneously • Familiarity with common medications, medical conditions, and healthcare terminology • Comfortable learning and working in EMRs and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team • Private, quiet workspace where patient conversations cannot be overheard • Reliable high-speed internet • Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required • Availability for 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
