📋 Description

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English to German • Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content • Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency • Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times for time-sensitive content • Work in the client's CAT tool environment using XTM/Phrase • Use Track Changes in Microsoft Word according to project-specific setup instructions • Handle clinical research documents including protocols, synopses, IBs, ICFs, patient sheets, and patient diaries • Handle regulatory documents including SmPCs, PILs, labels, and CTD modules • Handle pharmacovigilance documents including PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, SAEs, and AEs

🎯 Requirements

• Applicant must meet at least one of the following: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent); a recognized graduate qualification in another field plus a minimum of two years of full-time professional translation experience; or a minimum of five years of full-time professional translation experience • At least two years of practical translation experience specifically with life sciences, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and medical documents • Familiarity with CAT tools, specifically XTM/Phrase • Familiarity with Track Changes in Microsoft Word • Willingness to complete an assessment as part of onboarding and quality procedures • Latest English CV must accurately reflect Life Sciences and Medical translation experience, years of relevant experience, document types translated, CAT tools used, and contact information including email and phone number
