📋 Description
• Build and scale WennSoft's Customer Delivery model toward standardized, partner-led, FORGE-centered delivery • Own delivery methodology, governance, partner enablement, AI-enabled efficiency, and customer outcomes • Lead the organization to deploy FORGE at scale and grow the share of customers running on FORGE year over year • Reduce implementation effort and protect margin • Enable migration of the customer base off Microsoft Dynamics GP ahead of its April 2031 sunset • Drive transformation capability rather than continuity of the current model • Report to the CEO
