• Build and review QoE analyses, NWC assessments, debt-like item schedules, and revenue trend exhibits through a healthcare lens • Assess payor mix impact on revenue quality, identify revenue cycle irregularities, and evaluate provider cost and compensation structures • Surface sector-specific adjustments affecting normalized earnings on healthcare targets • Apply knowledge of reimbursement structures, managed care contracting, and cost reporting • Direct the day-to-day work of Senior Associates and Associates • Assign work, review work product, and keep engagements on pace • Manage the data room, track incoming documents, and maintain the open request list • Resolve issues independently or escalate them appropriately • Draft sections of healthcare financial due diligence reports under Director direction • Connect financial findings to sector-specific healthcare drivers • Self-review report sections for accuracy and organization • Build financial exhibits and develop sector-informed questions for management calls and client discussions • Participate in client calls and financial discussions under Director direction • Coordinate across tax advisors, legal teams, and other third parties • Orient and develop Senior Associates through direct, substantive feedback • Model the precision, pace, and healthcare judgment expected by the practice
• 4+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting with meaningful healthcare deal exposure • Working knowledge of payor mix and reimbursement structures, revenue cycle dynamics, managed care contracting, and provider compensation models • Hands-on experience with QoE analysis, NWC assessments, and debt-like item identification in a diligence context • Ability to read healthcare financial statements with sector-informed judgment • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA licensed or actively pursuing preferred • Strong Excel proficiency • Clear written communication • Ability to assign work with clear expectations, review it to a high standard, and provide feedback • Ability to surface issues early and manage workstreams independently • Ability to work effectively under compressed timelines and shifting priorities • Detail-oriented approach while retaining focus on headline findings • Genuine interest in how healthcare businesses operate • Ability to receive and apply feedback and provide specific, useful feedback
