📋 Description

• Work with clients to understand business processes and objectives • Identify process fits, gaps, and level of effort to address them • Set up and configure ERP solutions based on prioritized needs • Customize ERP systems with workflows, reports, and dashboards • Align business processes with finance best practices and integrate them into the ERP system • Train end-users and administrators • Create test plans and support customer testing • Provide ongoing ERP support and maintenance • Implement and maintain data protection measures for compliance • Document system configurations, processes, and customizations • Assist with change management initiatives • Identify risks and blockers and partner with project managers to resolve hurdles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems • Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance user or consultant • Knowledge of chart of accounts design, dimensions, sales tax, banking processes, and compliance requirements • Experience gathering requirements, configuring ERP systems, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting • Experience guiding and executing ERP implementations from initial analysis through finance support • Passion for accounting and finance • Willingness to travel 25–40% on average
