📋 Description

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates. • Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary construction plans to support estimating scope quantification. • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to analyze project specifications, drawings, and documentation. • Perform value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies. • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans. • Present cost estimates and value engineering options to senior management, stakeholders, and clients. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. • Track project costs and variances and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment. • Applicants for positions subject to export control regulations must meet applicable United States and comparable country requirements.
