📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives, budget, quality standards, and delivery schedules • Lead procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring readiness, execution success, risk mitigation, and cost savings targets • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between project teams, partners, and suppliers • Manage external supplier communications and relationships • Manage the full RFx process, including supplier identification, NDA preparation, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and sourcing recommendations • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, terms, and conditions • Monitor procurement performance through reporting on project status, budget versus actual costs, execution progress, supplier performance, and risks • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, approved supplier processes, and contractual obligations • Manage escalations and claims • Collaborate with teams to evaluate supplier capabilities, market conditions, capacity constraints, and sourcing opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and contract management within complex project environments • Supply chain and project management expertise • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects in global, matrixed organizations • Expertise in supplier relationship management, supplier strategies, and long-term stakeholder engagement • Experience with procurement processes, technical purchasing, contract negotiations, and purchase order management • Experience with ERP and sourcing platforms such as SAP, Ariba, e-Auction tools, Microsoft Project, or similar systems • Strong understanding of the nuclear or other highly regulated industries • Ability to travel up to 20%
