📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and maintain high quality PowerPoint templates and presentations for executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting • Partner with cybersecurity and IT leaders to translate technical updates, risks, and progress into clear, impactful storytelling and visual narratives • Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, tone, and messaging across executive communications • Perform detailed quality reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and executive-level readiness of materials • Proactively identify content gaps or opportunities to improve clarity and effectiveness • Assist with documentation and preparation of knowledge transfer materials as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, content creation, presentation production, visual communications, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated expertise in executive-level visual storytelling • Proven experience developing materials for senior leaders and executive audiences • Ability to synthesize complex technical, cybersecurity, or program information into clear, business-focused messaging • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency across deliverables • Editorial mindset • Media relations experience
