📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring plans, critical skills and long-term hiring needs • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, offer development and negotiation • Build proactive talent attraction strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility • Advise on market trends, talent availability and competitive insights • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding • Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes, metrics and hiring outcomes • Maintain accurate applicant-tracking data to support metrics, compliance and process alignment • Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in implementing enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior and niche role recruitment • Success building strategic partnerships with business leaders and managing complex hiring portfolios • Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development • Experience recruiting for diverse roles, particularly leadership and niche positions • Experience developing and negotiating offers for leadership and niche roles • Capability to manage complex priorities with strategic focus and flexibility • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
