• Responsible for cultivating, conversion and retention of national and regional builder accounts for roofing and stone sales in Florida • Provide external support to account managers to meet new customer and sales budget goals • Manage key builder relationships within the Florida Market • Act as liaison between other departments and sales team to manage escalation and issue resolution • Maintain, develop and improve account relationships • Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share across the territory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products • Ability to negotiate pricing with accounts in multiple markets • Project management skills • Analytical, financial and data driven • Ability to multitask and work with multiple opportunities simultaneously • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • MS Office and Salesforce CRM suite proficient
