📋 Description

• Research and identify prospective clients in target sectors • Build and maintain a prospect database • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings • Articulate Westmoreland Builders’ history, qualifications, project experience, and differentiators • Monitor industry news, permit filings, real estate activity, and market signals • Manage Westmoreland Builders’ social media presence • Engage with followers and monitor social channels • Coordinate with internal leadership to align outreach strategy • Own and maintain the company’s AIA A305 Contractor Qualification Statement • Lead the coordination of contractor license renewals • Support proposal and presentation preparation • Represent Westmoreland Builders at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Construction industry knowledge • Confidence and poise in outbound outreach • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Social media fluency • Research skills • Organizational discipline • Self-motivation • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a bonus) • Desired credential: Certified Construction Marketing Professional (CCMP) or equivalent professional certification in construction marketing, business development, or a related discipline
