📋 Description
• The Project Superintendent provides field supervision to ensure Westwood’s delivery of quality construction services to its clients by effectively managing all field project activities for jobs assigned to them. • It is expected that assigned projects will be completed safely, on time, and within approved budget ensuring the client’s expectations and company’s financial objectives are met. • Managing the execution of the contracted scope of work through multiple subcontract tradesmen. • Achievement of the contractual project schedule, quality, and financial goals are the paramount requirements of this position.
🎯 Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • A college degree or professional certification preferred. • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision. • OSHA 30 and CPR/Fist Aid is not required but will be provided and must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment. • Bilingual in Spanish is a highly desirable attribute.
