📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of Flexible Benefits, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts, and Commuter Plans • Create, maintain, and close benefit plans • Process consumer forms and file data for employer configurations and plans • Serve as an internal resource and troubleshoot questions • Resolve issues and account discrepancies with internal departments, employers, and partners • Solve cases and resolve tier 3 escalations • Create, update, and maintain participant plans, balances, employer account balances, and employer plans and closings • Process demographic, enrollment, and contribution files • Facilitate peer training when requested • Identify trends to improve plan administration • Resolve internal and external department requests in a timely manner • Collaborate across teams and departments to support a positive customer experience • Create efficiencies and improve processes for employers, consultants, and third-party vendors • Participate in continuous improvement, learning, knowledge sharing, special projects, team meetings, and one-on-ones • Continually improve departmental workflow • Maintain HIPAA-compliant policy practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of benefits products, systems, files, and technical aspects • Must adhere to security policies • Maintain detailed knowledge of benefits functions • Knowledge of product, file, and system troubleshooting • Ability to resolve tier 3 escalations • Ability to process demographic, enrollment, and contribution files • Ability to maintain expected quality and performance metrics • Must maintain attendance and punctuality standards • Must participate in team meetings and one-on-ones via video and phone • Must maintain policy according to HIPAA
