📋 Description

• Process claims daily • Accurately process all FSA claim types • Determine eligibility using available resources • Prioritize workload and meet turnaround times • Process claim appeals • Troubleshoot software issues • Assist with operational functions • Coordinate with other departments • Assist Claims Supervisors with assigned projects • Work with Claims Supervisors to develop new processes and procedures • Communicate needed process changes • Develop and update procedures • Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing
