📋 Description

• Prepare drafts of commercial contracts and amendments, including NDAs, customer contracts, credit agreements, program agreements, referral agreements, technology services agreements, and data sharing agreements • Review customer-requested contract changes under attorney supervision • Collect feedback and approvals from attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders and revise documents • Assist with legal notices, correspondence, transaction documents, forms, and filings • Respond to internal requests for documentation and contract interpretation • Assist with attestations and certificates of compliance • Migrate legacy contracts to the Malbek contract lifecycle management system • Drive contracts from intake through workflow routing, version control, execution, and post-signing tasks • Manage legal matter intake and workflow in Xakia • Interface with internal stakeholders and complete administrative tasks for Mobility legal matters • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Risk, and other support functions • Assist with strategic projects • Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal degree or certification from an accredited program, or bachelor's degree, or Juris Doctorate • 5+ years of paralegal or equivalent experience with commercial contracts and transactional matters • Experience drafting and generating agreements, redlining, reviewing contract revisions and comments, and managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle • Experience with legal technologies, including matter management and contract lifecycle management systems • Previous experience working in-house supporting one or more sales teams or similar customer-facing roles • Demonstrated ability to learn IT applications and systems • Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, analytical, written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to coordinate input from cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign • Experience in transportation, fuel, trucking, or factoring industries preferred
