📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day movement of legal matters across the company • Coordinate and track legal projects from initiation to completion • Manage calendars, deadlines, and response timelines for all active matters • Maintain organized systems for documentation, filings, and matter management • Prepare supporting documents, coordinate filings, and ensure timely submissions • Review, organize, and maintain legal files, case materials, and contracts • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for attorneys • Communicate updates, priorities, and action items clearly and promptly • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Investor Relations, Development, and other internal teams • Assist with legal research, data gathering, and project preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal roles, or legal project management • Strong understanding of legal procedures, filings, timelines, and documentation • Experience coordinating with attorneys in litigation, real estate, corporate, or related areas • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously • High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal oversight • Comfort using technology, systems, and digital tools • Familiarity with Texas legal processes is a bonus • Experience with project management tools is a bonus • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Resume must be submitted in English
