📋 Description

• Design, execute, and lead a unified global talent acquisition strategy aligned with long-term business goals and expansion across FinTech, SaaS, and Mobility • Inspire, mentor, and direct a global team of 40+ recruiting managers, talent partners, and sourcers • Oversee specialized sourcing for critical hires in software engineering, product management, cybersecurity, sales, and corporate leadership • Standardize end-to-end recruitment operations • Use Workday, CRM sourcing software such as Phenom, AI tools, and predictive analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and candidate experience • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing to elevate WEX’s Global Employer Value Proposition • Direct the global recruiting budget, agency spend, executive search partnerships, and university relations programs • Partner with C-suite executives and HR leadership to present data-driven talent insights • Support WEX’s expansion across fleet solutions, corporate payments, SaaS, and health benefits technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience • 5+ years leading large, geographically dispersed global recruiting teams of 40+ FTEs • Experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth tech sectors • Proven track record navigating matrixed organizations and scaling talent strategies across international labor markets and functional domains • Deep familiarity with enterprise ATS systems such as Workday • Familiarity with CRM sourcing platforms • Workforce analytics dashboard expertise • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or commensurate experience • Exceptional communication and empathetic leadership style • Strong ability to mentor talent and influence senior stakeholders
