📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic staffing plans for each market during regular planning cycles • Set weekly driver and warehouse staffing targets and adjust internal labor capacity based on demand • Analyze workforce performance trends using dashboards and historical data • Identify efficiency opportunities and cost savings and provide recommendations to leadership • Facilitate recurring labor planning meetings with market leaders • Collaborate weekly with Talent Acquisition on staffing targets and hiring requirements • Escalate market staffing-to-plan performance to regional leadership • Create reporting and documentation for Monthly Operation Review (MOR) • Prepare performance reports on key labor metrics and variance reason codes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Workforce Management, or a related discipline • Proven ability to develop project plans, lead cross-functional discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience analyzing workforce or supply chain data and presenting actionable insights to leadership • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and communicate to higher level leadership • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Travel up to 25% is required • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related Business degree, or 5 years of relevant experience leading operational teams in a dynamic production environment • Familiarity with Workforce Management systems and forecasting tools such as Kronos and Blue Yonder preferred • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms • Basic proficiency in SQL • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Looker and advanced Excel functions is a plus
