📋 Description

• Assist with implementation of employer plans across the COBRA Point platform, including COBRA and Direct Bill • Complete plan setups and spreadsheet reviews in WEX Health Cloud and COBRA Point accurately and on schedule • Respond to inbound calls and voicemails with professional communication • Collaborate with internal WEX Health teams to facilitate employer plan setup • Communicate timelines, education, training, and implementation status to Partners, Employers, and internal teams • Educate employers on plan setups, implementation processes, and COBRA Point platforms • Demonstrate employer portals online as needed • Maintain quality standards and keep internal tools and systems up to date • Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness and communicate required corrections • Lead employer and partner implementation processes and provide stakeholder communication and discussion recaps • Identify, document, and escalate employer or partner issues according to defined procedures • Create and maintain documentation for team processes, tools, and workflows • Assist in training new team members • Ensure privacy according to HIPAA and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare-related field or equivalent implementation-related work experience • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with Partners, Employers, and across internal WEX Health teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment • Must adhere to security policies • Must ensure privacy according to HIPAA • Preferred: Experience working with Partners, Employers, or Consumers
