📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution for payment product features including HSA debit card rails, claims auto-adjudication, ACH/RTP money movement, and real-time payment notifications • Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, leading ceremonies as needed • Drive short-term delivery and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and outcome data • Connect delivery choices to adoption, revenue, and operational efficiency targets • Lead discovery for payment-specific product problems, including spend authorization flows, payment partner integrations, and compliance-adjacent money movement constraints • Synthesize customer insight, payment industry signals, and competitive intelligence into testable hypotheses • Use AI-enabled research tools to accelerate synthesis while applying human judgment • Navigate payment metrics including authorization rates, decline rates, transaction error rates, auto-adjudication throughput, and cost-per-transaction • Drive communication with engineering, compliance, finance, operations, and external payment partners • Clarify decision ownership, resolve impediments, and contribute to payment strategy, sequencing, and trade-offs • Identify friction in member payment experiences and translate trends into product improvements • Participate in customer empathy sessions and validate payment UX hypotheses through test-and-learn approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related field • 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in product management roles with direct ownership of feature delivery • Demonstrated experience in fintech, healthcare payments, or consumer financial products • Hands-on knowledge of payment rails, money movement, or benefits account platforms • Proven ability to translate customer and operational insights into testable hypotheses and ship product outcomes • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, operations, and external vendor partners • Comfort with qualitative and quantitative analysis, data dashboards, and imperfect information • Prior experience at a health benefits administrator, HSA/FSA/HRA platform, or fintech company • Familiarity with IRS substantiation requirements, IIAS, 213(d), Reg E, and AML/KYC frameworks in a benefits payment context • Experience with RTP/FedNow or ACH product development • Working knowledge of claims adjudication logic or auto-adjudication workflows • Experience designing AI-assisted product workflows using LLMs or agents • MBA or equivalent graduate education is listed as an additional qualification
