📋 Description

• Verify and post routine and complex customer payments accurately and promptly based on SLOs • Process and record ACH, wire, and lockbox payments • Reconcile payment discrepancies with Receivables, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders • Process adjustments, write-offs, and refunds • Research accounting processes and reconcile bank account discrepancies against system data • Support the Team Leader in creating, maintaining, and executing controlled processes and procedures • Monitor shared inboxes, research inquiries, and communicate findings within established turnaround times • Participate in ad hoc projects • Train other AR Specialists • Maintain advanced knowledge of systems and processes across multiple lines of business • Partner with Quality Assurance on process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience • Robust accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Advanced knowledge of PC-based application software, especially Google Sheets • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated process improvement and innovation • Experience mentoring others • Excellent time management, prioritization, goal setting, planning, and work scheduling skills • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to complete work on schedule • Advanced attention to detail • Must successfully pass a background investigation • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiasm for automation, AI, and emerging technologies • Ability to work 10a to 7p EST
