• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Representatives and the Company • Work with remittances, support, compliance, and audit departments to ensure WFG agents meet standards, criteria, and expectations • Provide support for assigned accounts, including remittance processing, A/R cleanup, E&O renewals, and audit issues • Support Sales Representatives during customer visitations and presentations, both onsite and virtual • Identify and implement efficiencies in remittance, audit, and compliance processes • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to promote WFG Blocks • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to drive revenue and achieve or exceed territory sales goals • Provide support to Underwriting Counsel as needed • Liaise between Support and agents regarding AMS needs, including login issues, appointments, cancellations, and Schedule A executions and amendments • Run and distribute outstanding inventory reports quarterly • Run and distribute premium reports weekly • Run and distribute CPL reports weekly, depending on region • Review the Aging Report weekly and clean up credits or balances due • Work with the Regional Manager on refund and write-off requests • Support distribution, processing, and approval of new applications • Track current opportunities and interactions through SUGAR updates • Monitor incoming calls and mail, depending on region • Monitor office supplies and equipment, depending on region • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to organize staff meetings and agenda items, depending on region • Maintain and service assigned existing agents • Perform additional duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and handheld devices • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and assignments • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to develop original written language and correspondence for reports, proposals, customer communications, and field communications • Good people skills • Good analytical skills • Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects on time • Positive attitude and high energy level • Strong desire to interact directly with customers • High comfort level making presentations • Ability and willingness to work additional hours as job requirements and projects require • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred • Familiarity with Zoom, BombBomb, and Bam! preferred • 3–5 years’ experience in an active sales role preferred
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Minimal travel may be required • Comfortable indoor professional office environment • No heavy lifting and no unusual physical requirements
