📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and confidence • Analyze financial situations and offer tailored solutions • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments • Maintain quality standards and FDCPA compliance • Keep accurate records • Collaborate with team leads • Engage with the team on camera during shifts • Support consumers navigating financial difficulties

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Jacksonville area • Must be able to work from home • High school diploma or GED • Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional • Critical thinking and active listening • Comfort with basic math and percentages • Basic computer skills • Reliable high-speed internet • Collections, sales, or call center experience is a plus • Must be on camera and engaged during work hours • Monday–Friday availability, 9AM–6PM • One evening per week, 12PM–9PM
