📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management and related HR technology solutions • Design, implement, and optimize workforce management systems and integrations supporting scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and workforce analytics • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable system designs and configurations • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned applications, including configuration, updates, and user access management • Diagnose and resolve application-related issues with end-users, development teams, and vendors • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements • Create and maintain application workflows, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures • Report on application performance and usage • Act as subject matter expert for module implementations, hosting video calls, workshops, and other meetings • Implement application changes, updates, and upgrades using testing and validation processes • Coordinate with developers, architects, and stakeholders on application integration • Apply Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies to application deployment and updates • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field • Extensive knowledge of IT systems and project implementations • 5 years’ experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management and relevant modules, including UKG Pro Absence, UKG Pro Advanced Scheduling, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Hourly), UKG Pro Accruals, UKG Pro Timekeeping Hourly, and UKG Pro Workforce Management Analytics • Experience integrating with SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Experience with SSO and Microsoft Entra ID integration preferred • Knowledge of Zaddons or other shift bidding solutions is a plus • Familiarity with project management principles and communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices • Ability to work for extended periods in a seated position using a computer and standard office equipment • Ability to communicate effectively via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms • Ability to occasionally lift items such as laptops or documents, typically not exceeding 20 pounds • Visual acuity for reading technical documentation and monitoring system performance
