📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value aviation clients • Lead quality assurance for all client trips • Proactively resolve issues and ensure operational precision • Provide consultative support on WFS Trip Support products and services • Present and promote the full suite of services to existing and prospective clients • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement • Coordinate with operational teams and disseminate client-specific requirements • Ensure alignment across departments • Provide after-hours and weekend support when needed • Travel to meet clients, lead presentations, and represent the company at industry events and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in aviation operations or trip support • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered • Deep understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and global aviation operations • Strong customer loyalty and relationship-building skills • Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence outcomes • Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive in high-pressure situations • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence • Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend support when needed • Moderate travel, including international trips
