📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned flight departments and operators from planning through completion • Coordinate international overflight and landing permits, airport slots and PPRs, ground handling, crew accommodations, ground transportation, customs and immigration requirements, border overflight exemptions, and CANPASS submissions • Conduct flight following and trip monitoring • Build and maintain customer relationships and provide proactive communication throughout missions • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally • Manage and monitor assigned trips for accuracy and operational readiness • Create and maintain trip records and cost estimates • Perform quality assurance reviews of trip arrangements • Update trips based on evolving client requirements • Participate in the operations communication rotation, managing incoming calls, emails, and operational messages • Assist with after-hours fuel requests and operational support • Collaborate with flight planning, weather, permits, fuel, and support services teams • Support 24/7 operational coverage through rotating shifts • Identify process improvements and share industry knowledge and best practices • Assist other operational departments when required • Promote World Fuel's Trip Support products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in aviation operations, trip support, dispatch, scheduling, flight planning, or related aviation environments • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field preferred • Experience supporting international flight operations preferred • Prior experience in business aviation, trip support, dispatch, or flight operations preferred • Knowledge of aviation regulations, permits, ground handling, and international operating requirements preferred • FAA Dispatcher Certificate or similar aviation qualifications are a plus
