• Support the organization’s talent acquisition life cycle which includes sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the right match for the company’s long-term goals. • Activities include screening resumes, scheduling and facilitating interviews with candidates, managing background screening, determining and facilitating job offers, assisting newly onboarded employees with paperwork, and supporting all onboarding strategies.
• BA/BS degree and three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working as a recruiter or five (5) to seven (7) years of direct human resources experience with an emphasis on full-cycle recruitment preferred • Intermediate knowledge of social media, job placement agencies, outside recruiters, and online job search engines to recruit for open positions • Moderate experience recruiting for highly specialized positions • Moderate knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring, and other human resource compliance issues • Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-project/task environment • A high degree of experience creating reports, tracking data, and using it to make informed decisions. • High level of organization and attention to detail with strong ethics to maintain strict confidentiality. • Proficient in end-user software programs (e.g., word-processing, spreadsheet software, applicant tracking systems, and human resources information systems). • Intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Paycom knowledge a plus. • Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with 40 MB download and 10 MB upload speeds. • Home router with wired Ethernet (wireless connections and hotspots are not permitted). A designated room for your office or steps are taken to protect company information (e.g., facing computer towards the wall, etc.) • A functioning smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on site.
