📋 Description

• Identify and research potential clients in the leasing and fleet management sector with the marketing team • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Understand client needs and provide personalized leasing and fleet management solutions • Use a consultative selling approach to address client pain points and business challenges • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs • Develop and deliver sales presentations • Negotiate terms, prepare and close deals, and ensure smooth contract execution • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required) • 1 to 3 years of B2B experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory • Enthusiasm about cars • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex solutions • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Successful completion of drug and background screening is required
