📋 Description

• Partner closely with Site Managers, Market Directors, and centralized Training Team • Facilitate new hire onboarding for car wash associates, site leaders, and maintenance technicians • Deliver hands-on training on tunnel operations, safety protocols, equipment resets, and quality standards • Provide coaching to improve tunnel operations and guest service • Document training hours, certifications, and maintain training logs • Evaluate performance trends to uncover training gaps and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in car wash operations, tunnel operations, or maintenance • Strong understanding of tunnel equipment, basic troubleshooting, and wash-quality standards • Experience coaching or training frontline employees or leaders • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the market • Experience as Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Market Technician, or similar role (preferred)
