📋 Description

• Contact every new North America lead within one business day by phone and email • Qualify store owners and retail decision makers • Book meetings for Account Executives • Run follow-up after each Ace Hardware convention twice a year • Attend Ace conventions and other US retail trade shows • Keep Salesforce accurate, including stage, next step, and outcome for every lead • Collaborate with Account Executives, the UK BDR, and the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B • Strong phone prospecting and discovery skills • Clear, friendly communication with business owners • Organization and speed when handling 150-200 new leads at once • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM • Based in the US • Working Eastern or Central business hours • Ability to contact leads by phone and email • Retail, franchisee, or independent store-owner sales experience is a bonus • Knowledge of the hardware or home improvement channel is a bonus • Experience using AI tools for research, emails, and call notes is a bonus
