📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including kick-off meetings, sourcing strategies, passive talent identification, screening, interviewing, offer development, and pre-employment coordination. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. • Provide consultative hiring support, market insight, candidate evaluation, and process recommendations. • Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and a positive experience. • Build talent pools and engage passive candidates for future hiring needs. • Support offer creation, negotiation, and closing with HR and business leaders. • Document recruiting activities accurately in systems and follow company processes and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. • 3+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of role types, with heavy experience recruiting all levels of sales professionals preferred. • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. • Strong sourcing experience, including proven success with outbound sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other talent channels. • Excellent organization, communication, and scheduling coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. • Familiarity with employment practices, hiring compliance, and candidate experience best practices. • Ability to perform the stated physical tasks and use required office equipment.
