📋 Description

• Partner with senior recruiters to manage pipeline momentum and process applicants • Coordinate multi-interviewer loops, live coding setups, and executive panels • Map complex calendars across global engineering teams in the Americas and EMEA • Provide candidates with preparation packages and clear process updates • Set up virtual interview rooms • Follow up with hiring teams on post-interview scorecards • Maintain organized candidate data and progress in SmartRecruiters ATS

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a recruiting coordination role within software, cloud infrastructure, or tech search environments • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, calendar tools and AI assistants • Ability to manage complex interview logistics and multi-interviewer interview loops • Ability to coordinate calendars across global engineering teams and time zones (Americas, EMEA) • Attention to detail for time zones, interview links, and schedule details • Clear and caring written and verbal communication • Ability to maintain organized candidate data in SmartRecruiters ATS
