📋 Description

• Manage collections for 200–300 wholesale telecommunications accounts • Research disputes to determine whether credits are due within GOA and SOX guidelines • Provide data related to system integrations • Work with management to provide accurate reporting to key leaders • Monitor and review email communications from internal and external customers • Provide data related to the month-end process • Collaborate with operational and taxation teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Identify account issues, risks, and opportunities while promoting consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across collections and financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• College degree and 1–5 years of professional-level experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience, or 9+ years of related professional-level experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional-level related experience required • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field preferred • Deep understanding of financial analysis techniques and methodologies • Strong understanding of accounting procedures and processes • Experience creating SQL queries for data extraction • Advanced experience mining data across large, disparate data sets • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple projects • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership • Ability to work with GOA and SOX guidelines • Proficiency with computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, office supplies, and copiers

• Starting compensation range of $50,000 to $64,300 per year • Remote or virtual work arrangement
