📋 Description

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions • Process incoming company mail daily • Coordinate new hire onboarding in UKG • Manage employee offboarding workflows • Maintain and update employee records in UKG • Serve as a point of contact for benefit carriers • Manage benefits open enrollment process • Coordinate Leave of Absences • Support employment law compliance • Coordinate new hire welcome boxes and employee milestones • Maintain HR Policy and Handbook • Coordinate and post employee announcements

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3-4 years of HR or People Operations experience • Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; experience with UKG (UltiPro) strongly preferred • Proficiency with MS Office • Familiarity with employment law • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Positive, go-getter attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
