📋 Description

• Set meetings for the outbound Point-of-Sale (POS) sales team with small and medium-sized businesses not currently using Wix • Manage outbound lead flows for the Wix POS team • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities • Collaborate with account executives, product development, and marketing teams to develop and qualify target accounts, build call strategies, and improve messaging • Engage prospects by phone, email, and social through a consistent top-of-funnel sales process • Maintain Wix POS product knowledge and awareness of industry changes • Meet defined metrics for calls, emails, and set meetings • Monitor retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Excellent project management and organization skills • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and an ever-changing environment • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Miami, FL area • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Basic understanding of the POS industry preferred • Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce preferred • Understanding of the Wix commerce platform preferred
